Midville, Georgia:
Corn Hybrid Performance, 1998, Nonirrigated
  Corn hybrid performance trials were conducted at this location during the 1998 growing season.  However, drought and stand loss caused considerable variation in performance among plots within the tests.  Yields ranged from near zero to 39 bushels per acre.  After careful analysis and review of the data, it is the opinion of the editors that the results of these trials may not accurately reflect the performance potential of all test entries.  Since this data could potentially be misleading if used in making decisions concerning hybrid selection, we have chosen not to present them in this publication. Results from these tests will be provided upon request.
